Sunday morning long run
Please arrive for a 8:45am start. Please check Caerphilly Runners on Team App for the route. Our Sunday mornings are a chance for you to get your long run done with friends. Long run means different things to different people, so we have a variety of distances for each route to ensure we cater for all. We meet for a post-run coffee in Esquire's so it is also a good opportunity to meet and chat to club members you may not run with. |
