Interval Session with Coach Tomasz 6:15pm start @ Creazione Gym, Caerphilly. Please arrive 5 minutes early for a session briefing Tempo: 4 mile route with shorter options if desired. Mixed ability session that can be used as a tempo session or relaxed recovery run. Benefits of Tempo Running:
